Choose to feel rather than store up your feelings.
You keep trying not to feel bad and it isn’t working. That doesn’t mean that you always feel bad. It means that you keep coming back to that bad feeling.
You can either walk around with a bunch of undigested emotions or you can be clear of those residual feelings and react to the world in a way that is fresh and creative. Most of the time we are actually reacting to what is unhealed within us rather than reacting to our environment.
